All items purchased have a 5-year warranty except consumables (e.g. removable batteries, projector bulbs).


If you purchased an order online and it becomes faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, you can return it to any CeX store to be tested and refunded if found to be faulty.


Alternatively if you cannot visit a store and wish to post the item back to us, please contact us from our support page HERE and we can provide a postage label for you.


If your item develops a fault after 30 days through normal use, please let us know using the contact form HERE as soon as possible.


In the first instance we will either repair or replace your item, failing that you will be refunded to the original price within the first 6 months of purchase. After 6 months any refund will be to the current sales price or the original price (whichever is the lower), to the original payment method. Please note that any repairs done by a third party will void any warranty with CeX.
